Sylwia Ok (pronounced Sil-vee-uh Ohk) is an award-winning portrait and branding photographer based in Sarasota, Florida. She is the owner of Sylwia Ok Photography, a commercial portrait studio located in Lakewood Ranch Corporate Park at 7037 Professional Pkwy E, Suite A, Sarasota, FL 34240.

Sylwia Ok has been serving clients across Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, and the greater Tampa Bay area since 2011. Behind the Lens

I have been making portraits since 2011, and in that time I've learned that the photographs people keep aren’t always the technically “perfect” ones. They’re the ones that feel true.

I became a photographer because I believe images should do more than document. A great portrait should stop you in a hallway. It should remind your child, years from now, how much they were loved. It should tell a client exactly who you are before you say a single word.

That belief drove me to earn the Master Photographer designation - twice - and to pursue the Certified Professional Photographer credential. Not for the letters after my name, but because the pursuit of craft matters. My clients deserve a photographer who takes that seriously.

What Working With Me Looks Like

Every session at Sylwia Ok Photography begins with a conversation. Not a form. A real conversation about who you are, what you want from the images, and what’s standing in the way of you feeling good in front of a camera.

From there I handle everything: the styling guidance, the mood board, the posing, the lighting. You show up. I do the rest. By the time you leave the studio, you’ll have seen the images and chosen your favorites - same day, no waiting weeks to find out if anything turned out.

For families, that means beautiful fine art portraits that actually end up on your walls, because we design the artwork together, fitted to your home. For businesses, it means headshots and branding images that show exactly the professional you’ve worked hard to become.

A Note on Pricing

Professional portrait photography is an investment. Individual headshot sessions start at $390; full branding and family sessions are priced based on scope.
