The chubby wrists, the gap-toothed smile, the way they tilt their head when they're thinking — these are the details that disappear so gradually you barely notice until they're gone. A child portrait session with Sylwia Ok Photography is designed to stop time, just for a moment, and preserve exactly who your child is right now.
The most requested milestone sessions include the sitting stage (6–7 months), the first birthday - including smash cake portraits - preschool graduation, the start of kindergarten, and annual portraits that track your child's growth year over year. But many families simply book because their child is at an age they never want to forget, and that's reason enough.
Every session is paced at your child's rhythm, not the clock. If they need a snack break, we take a snack break. If they're shy at first, Sylwia gives them time to warm up. The goal is genuine expressions - not forced smiles - and portraits that you'll display proudly on your walls for years.
The most popular time to schedule your child's portraits in the first year are at the sitting stage (6-7 months old), and to celebrate your baby's first birthday. But this is just the beginning... You blink and the preschool graduation comes up, you blink again and the school starts. Capture it all to have it forever, because there are only 18 summers before they leave for college.
