Our Simple 3-Step Process

1. SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION
Choose your preferred date and time from the available Holiday Session appointments. Your session fee is paid in full when booking to reserve your appointment.
Because these are Limited Edition Sessions offered on only five studio dates, early booking is strongly recommended.

2. Enjoy the Experience
45 minutes in a beautifully styled holiday set.
We’ll guide everything: outfit choices, posing, mindset, so you get real, joyful photos.

3. Select Your Favorites & Share the Joy
After your session, you will select the portraits you love. Your two chosen images will be professionally retouched and delivered digitally, and I will create your set of 25 custom holiday cards.
Additional portraits may be purchased if you fall in love with more than the two included with your session.

You will receive a Holiday Style Guide with color suggestions and wardrobe inspiration. Coordinating colors and textures usually photograph more beautifully than identical outfits. I recommend avoiding large logos, neon colors, and very busy patterns.

Professionally retouched digital portraits are typically delivered within two weeks after you submit your selections. Your holiday cards will be designed and ordered promptly after your card image and design are approved.

All Holiday Sessions take place inside my Sarasota studio, so rain and Florida’s unpredictable weather will not affect your appointment.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. Because these sessions are limited-edition, rescheduling options may be limited, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you or transfer your spot to another available date.

Absolutely! Pets are part of the family. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the studio, but please let us know in advance so we can prepare the set and timing.

Booking happens online: pick your date, time, and pay the session fee in full. If needed, I can also take bookings + payment over the phone.
