The main purpose of this meeting is to determine if my fundraising option is a good fit for your organization.

3 | WEB PAGE
We will create a custom fundraising web page for you to share the offer with your donors.
Your donors will be allowed to donate $190 to your organization and in return they will receive a 90 minute portrait session with a $500 print credit ($690 value).
$190 donation per session will be given to your organization.

4 | SESSIONS
Each donor will be contacted by Sylwia to schedule their portrait design consultation and their portrait session.
After the session is completed, they will return to select their final artwork and their pieces will be ordered and delivered.
All other prints and files will be sold separately.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your organization will notify your existing audience, friends, family, and donor list about the fundraising to benefit your cause. Your custom made fundraising web page link will be easy to share with your audience.
Each donor will donate $190 through the fundraising page and receive a 90 minute portrait session with $500 print credit. All other prints and files will be sold separately. $190 donation from each donation will be awarded to your organization.
Sessions must take place within 15 miles of the UTC area, or can be transferred out of the area with added travel costs. The client can do all planning appointments via online video chat if they live outside the area.
Fundraisers are generally labor intensive, low profiting, and frankly, often annoying to donors. People love family portraits, and with Sylwia Ok Photography, your donors are treated to a boutique experience, fabulous service, and they walk away with something to treasure for generations.
During your fundraising consultation, we will determine the best time for you to run your portrait fundraiser for maximum benefit to your organization and donors.
