Preschool PICTURE DAY!

PREPARING FOR the PORTRAIT DAY

As Portrait Day approaches, start talking to your child about how exciting it will be and how much fun they'll have with the photographer. This will help them feel more confident and prepared!

Uniform Requirement: On Portrait Day, students can wear their spring clothes, (new students also need to have uniform for photos for a school Yearbook).

Clothing Details:

• Ensure your child’s uniform is clean and wrinkle-free.

• Make sure socks and shoes match the outfit, as they will be visible in some of the images.

THE PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE

I strive to make the process smooth and straightforward with excellent communication and an easy online ordering system. Say goodbye to paper proofs and order forms—parents can view and choose their child’s images before making a purchase, ensuring you only buy what you love!

No Cheesy or Forced Smiles!

• Each child will be photographed individually for about 10 minutes.

• If you have multiple children at the preschool, each will have their own individual gallery. Additionally, they will be photographed together with 1-2 poses added to their galleries.

How to Access the Portraits:

1. After Portrait Day, your child will receive a special QR code. Scan the code and sign up with your email and phone number to sign up for their gallery.

2. Once the gallery is ready (approximately 4 weeks after Portrait Day), you will receive a notification and the link via text and email to view and purchase your favorite portraits.

A typical proof set will include 3-6 retouched portraits/poses. The number of portraits may vary based on how comfortable your child is in front of the camera—I will do my best to provide a variety of poses.

Ordering Details:

• You will only order the portraits you love.

• Print, Digital, and Print+Digital Packages will be available for purchase during the Ordering Week. After that, the gallery will remain accessible for another 2 weeks with only A La Carte options before being archived.

• All printed packages (if chosen) will be produced on archival photographic paper and delivered to your preschool within 2 weeks after the Ordering Week.
