The Pro Headshots package at $1,290 includes up to 2 hours, hair and makeup, unlimited outfits, and 4 portraits. Team and office sessions start at $250 per person (min of 4) with volume pricing for larger offices. All sessions include same-day image selection and delivery within 3 business days.

Sylwia provides outfit guidance before every session - not a generic checklist, but specific recommendations based on how you'll use the images and what your brand communicates. In general: solid colors photograph better than busy patterns, layers add dimension, and darker colors tend to read as more authoritative while lighter ones read as more approachable. Bring 2–3 options and Sylwia will help you choose what works best in the studio light. Hair and makeup services can be arranged for Signature Plus and Pro sessions.

Team and office sessions are scheduled per person (10-30 minutes each depending on the package). All sessions include time for outfit changes, posing setup, and same-day image review - so plan for a few minutes beyond the session window for the selection process.

Yes - this is one of the most important things Sylwia does. Most clients have never been professionally directed in front of a camera, and it shows when photographers leave clients to figure it out themselves. Sylwia guides you through every element: where to put your hands, how to angle your shoulders, how to shift your chin, how to find an expression that reads as confident rather than forced. You don't need experience. You need a photographer who knows how to get it out of you.

You'll choose your favorite images before you leave the studio on the day of your session. Fully retouched, print- and web-ready files are delivered within 3 business days. Rush delivery is often available for time-sensitive needs - mention it when booking.

Yes. On-location sessions are available for teams, executives, and businesses that prefer their own environment. The on-location setup fee is $200, which is waived for offices of 20 or more team members. A travel fee applies for locations more than 50 miles from zip code 34240. The studio at 7037 Professional Pkwy E, Suite A in Lakewood Ranch is also easily accessible from Sarasota, Bradenton, and surrounding areas with free parking.

Absolutely! All images that you decided to purchase will be fully retouched and cropped to your required specifications

Hair and MakeUp Artist can be arranged for custom sessions only but it can be arranged. Please call me when booking your session!

Most of my headshot sessions happen right in my LWR commercial studio. If preferred, or if done with branding images, your headshots can be done on location (in your office, home, park, etc)

You are welcome to bring as many options as you wish. I typically go over the Brough outfits and pick 3-4 different ones that would be best for your brand and the headshot type.

Composite team portraits are also available for firms that can't photograph everyone simultaneously - each person is shot individually against the same background and combined into a seamless group image.

A personal branding session is broader - it's a larger collection of images that shows you in context: at work, with props, in environments that reflect your business.
